The Power of Fires guild controls the giant pizza in the sky--they won it fair and square in Janizza. Upon their decisive victory, they collapse the Pepperoni Staircase and establish a well-defended teleportation system to transport guild members and goods between their new domain and the surface of Cardhuntria.One day, surveying the surface from his new sky palace, @Vakaz spies a conspicuous caravan approaching Lord Batford's manor. He gleans what is being transported through his mighty Crust Telescope: a giant shipment of Rings of Appropriation! Before he can act on this information, the crates have been moved to Batford's vaults. Still, Vakaz has an idea--his cronies will break into the manor, infiltrate the vault, and control the world's telekinetic markets.
Unfortunately for Vakaz, his recent recruit @DarialStorm is a plant of the League of Guilds, a new organization bent on dismantling the two-time guild war champion. He escapes the giant pizza in the sky and returns to his headquarters with news of Vakaz's plans. The League of Guilds has full consensus: stop Power of Fires at all costs. The plan is simple: ambush Vakaz's treasure hunters at every turn in a reverse-heist that'll make the history books!
What guild story would be complete without utter incompetence on the coordination front? Guild members from across Cardhuntria convene on Lord Batford's manor, all with masks and bandanas and loot sacks. Who's with which guild? Who cares. It's every guildperson for themselves as they duke it out in the halls of the befuddled Lord Batford's manor, all with their eyes on the prize!
